The website www.playsab.com is offering limited edition character plush toys along with instant DLC codes to redeem in the Steal A Brainrot game. I previously ordered one in December 2025 and instantly received the DLC code and the plush in the mail. I then ordered another on April 4, 2026; however, this time I did not receive the DLC code via email, and the order status keeps stating "We're preparing these items for shipping." I understand that the shipping of the plush may take some time; however, I was supposed to receive the DLC code via email shortly after placing my order. I submitted a help form and emailed the support email address on the website; however, I keep receiving what appears to be an automated message stating that Merchandise Support cannot help me and redirecting me to "Game Support" in the Steal A Brainrot Discord server with a link. After going to that server, I opened a ticket and was informed by an Administrator that they do not sell merchandise, and this website is a scam. It appears that I will not be receiving the DLC code that I purchased, so I plan to dispute this charge with my credit card company, and I wanted to report this here so that others don't get scammed by this website, too. There were already a few other posts on the Discord chat stating that they were having the same issue with not receiving the DLC code for this same product (Boppin Bunny Plush (Instant DLC)).
