Called about charges of $5.00 and $1.00 on my credit card bill. When I called, they could tell me what I had paid for and could not access my account despite having my name and somehow able to put charges on my bill. Refused to cancel my account unless I provided the last eight numbers of my credit card which I refused to do. My credit card provider, Elan Financial Services, agreed to block any future charges from public records.us.
