Community Reports

Went to.publicrecords.us 2 times over 6 months. I read the agreement paid the cost to pull the info and I thought we were done. I got what I needed. 2-3 week later more money is taken from my debit card. I reported it as fraud with my bank and got it back. I got a receipt for the initial transaction, and I thought we were good. The more changes were pending weeks later no email no receipt as to what it was for. I did this again not remembering if this was the site and they did the exact same thing again. No receipt for the later transaction. I went on to their chat and they said I signed up for a bundle? A bundle that should have only been charged ONCE at the time i purchased not weeks later. This site is a scam you cannot go onto their site and remove your credit card info you have to call or message them to get help. There is something off about their practices and services it was not communicated either via the web or the few emails this would be a reoccurring charge.
