Can anyone identify this apartment’s “registered agent”? Location: CO I need to find this apartment’s registered agent name to file a suit for small claims court. It’s The Richfields apartment in Aurora CO 2134 s Richfield way. Lease says owner is “Courtyards owner, LLC” but doesn’t come up at https://www.sos.state.co.us So going to the county website https://www.arapahoeco.gov/your\_county/county\_departments/assessor/property\_search/index I search by address and find 26895 Aliso Creek Rd Ste B426 Aliso Viejo, CA 92656-5300 So I go to California’s property search https://bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov/search/business And find this address for Courtyards Owner llc **PHILLIP NAHAS** **23421 SOUTH POINTE DR., SUITE 270** **LAGUNA HILLS, CA 92653** So now I’m just lost on who I need to put down as the defendant and be able to get the serve papers to them. Any guidance is super appreciated
