I purchased US postage stamps from a Facebook site stampstime.com advertising US postage forever stamps at discounted rate. I should have figured it was too good to be true. I received very legitimate looking counterfeit stamps. Coming from an address with the name Galina Lomanova, 5031 Walton Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19143. The outer label says tattoo stickers and has a USPS Tracking number of 9505 5118 3228 0705 9852 14. Ship date of 3/18/2026, but wasn’t received until 4/6/26, which indicates it came from further away than Pennsylvania when I live in New Jersey [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Stampstime.com] [Location: NJ, USA - 08096]

I went to stampstime.com and purchased 2 orders of 100 USPS Forever stamps each, total of 200 stamps from the website and used paypal as the payment processor. I contacted USPS and found out it is a scam site run out of china and was scammed out of 60.64 and reported it to china and told them I was scammed and paypal just tells me I need to work it out with the seller who I found out has a paypal account and is NON-US Nonverified seller and paypal is protecting the seller and not the person being scammed!
