Identity Stolen - Credit Score dropping due mispayment for a company called Kikoff I recently found out that my mother in law had her identity stolen. We have followed the advice on this thread and reported to the credit bureaus and put everything on a freeze. However they suggested that I directly contact the 3 institutions where accounts were opened. 2 of them went without an issue. However when I tried to contact Kikoff there is no associated phone number. I emailed them regarding the issue and they initially asked for last 4 digits of social and address which were provided. Now they sent me a form called “identity theft victims complaint and affidavit”. It is a 6 page pdf asking for tons of my information. A quick google search brings up this identical document but belong to a different organization in Georgia with no affiliation with Kikoff. I’m getting strange vibes from this company and how this is being handled. Has anyone had experience with Kikoff or have any advice? Thanks in advance.
