Husband wanted flame torches he saw on Facebook. Added the link www.blueflametools.com to to the family Giftster app for Christmas. I placed the order on the website, they sent me an order confirmation with a link so I could view my order status on their website. I was able to view their website on December 11, 2025. They also were affiliated with the Shop app where I track my orders. I never received a tracking #. I reached out to them when the package didnt arrive in time for Christmas, and received no response. I tried to reach out to them again, no response. I tried to go to their website to see the status of my order. Ordered a propane torch from BLUE FLAME TOOLS on December 20. Credit card was charged at time of order online. Shipping notice came on December 21 with a tracking number. Waited until after Christmas to check on it. The tracking number doesn't go to anything and looks fake. As of January 15, 2026, the order was not received. Tried emailing several times and no response. Now the website, blueflametools.com, is no longer up. Will be disputing the credit card charge with the credit card company.
