Advertisement which showed a product of a battery operated RideOn type kids toy, for $99. Hugocart.com is the site, they also have a Facebook page. Anyway, order was placed, I received a confirmation within a couple of days, then a follow up email within a week or so indicating that a shipment was on the way. The shipment was not a toy but I did receive an USPS delivery seemingly from the scammers in an envelope containing a pair of earrings which was of course post-dated the same date of the shipment email. I saw the ad for HugoCart.com on Facebook. It looked like fun for my grandson. I purchased it on March 14, 2026 with a credit card for $99.99. I got an email that it is in transit since March 23, 2026. I was hoping to get it by Easter. It is now April 14, 2026. I have emailed them at least twice as the tracking number they gave me doesn't go anywhere. I have gotten no response. I communicated with the company and received several emails promising me I would receive the product but shipping was delayed. I asked for a refund in my last email and there was no reply.
