Copyright question regarding sponsorship logos and products For starters, this is more of a hypothetical, because I'm not actually selling anything. I was really just wondering. Lately, I've been drawing a lot of cars in vector, just for fun. [Example of what I'm talking about](http://i483.photobucket.com/albums/rr194/soccersean13/Demo-2.png). That's my current project, that I'm still working on. All of the drawing is mine, made from scratch, except for a few of the logos. Would I run into potential legal trouble if I ever sold a drawing like this? Because it contains logos of companies, but they are there specifically to be seen on that car, as sponsorship. It's not any use of the logos that the companies haven't already done themselves, except that it's in a drawing reproduction of the car. Also, say I was drawing a Chrysler (as an example), for someone who owns that car. Would Chrysler then have any basis for legal action against me, for selling the image of their car, even if it's original artwork? I've searched for answers to this for over an hour, but nothing I can find seems to pertain to these specific situations. I can clarify anything better if needed. EDIT: I live in the US, if that makes any difference.
