Imagine how shocked we were when the manager ENDERA, came out and asked us for $90 to repair the damages, even before we signed a contract or signed off on the condition of the car. THEN imagine how shocked we were when she said she could discount it to $63 THEN after waiting 10 mins for a new car we see the same car (with the same scratches rented to another unsuspecting guy! Check the pic and see our proof. I highly doubt the Hertz corp in America know what's going on in their CABO SAN LUCAS office. BEWARE.. and Hertz corp. you should really check this location out for gouging American tourist!!
