I have filed a report with FTC. Attached is the report. I placed 2 pre-orders with TCG International ( https://www.tcginternationalus.com/ ). One on 12/27/2025 at $559.98 and another on 1/24/2026 for $339.99. They charged me in full at the time of the order. The official release date of the product was 3/6/2026. On 3/2/2026 they cancelled both orders with no notice and did not provide a refund. I contacted their cancellation email to inquire about the cancellation on 3/2/2026 and received no answer. Then on 3/4/2026 after no response from TCG International I filed a complaint through Shopify. All Shopify did was forward my email to TCG International and CC me on the email and tell me that I had to take it up with TCG International from that point. On 3/8/2026 I emailed them again from my gmail account giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn’t get my email. They emailed me back that day. Saying my refund was in queue. In my experience order cancellations like this generally have a refund that day and at worst you will see the refund appear on your card within 2–3 days. This has not been the case. From 3/8/2026 I told them I would give them a week to resolve my issue by refund or shipping my order. I emailed them one more time on 3/12/2026 to check for an update with no response.
