Community Reports

On 2/5/26, I was contacted by (Arvind Nauhwar- Recruiter, Rose International) via phone call. He stated finding my email online and wanting to see if I was still interested in work. He then confirmed the client name of where I would be working (If Hired), along with the pay scale structure rates. I confirmed my interest in the position, confirmed details on my resume and confirmed my email address. Mr. Nauhwar proceeded to send me an email for me to authorize my name, giving Rose International the right to submit my profile to the intended client. I was told I would shortly receive a follow up phone call confirming next steps. I did not hear from Mr. Nauhwar until I contacted him on 2/10/26, looking for an update. He, initially did not answer my call but did respond to my email concern, stating He missed my call and advised the client was still reviewing resumes. I was told, once again that Mr. Nauhwar would contact the client, to confirm details needed for my assured hiring and start date. After that call, I never received a email, text message, nor phone call with an update on my status. On 2/18/26 (Today), I contacted Mr. Nauhwar but he did not answer. I then contacted the listed Rose International phone number (636-812-4000) and spoke with a person who looked up my account via my name and email address. Upon locating my account, the individual said a different job title than provided to me, then tried to say "the internal office sometimes changes the job title name for their own remembrance" upon me confirming the title provided in the offer letter. The individual I spoke with confirmed seeing my resume and information was sent to the client and was pending status. He advised he would contact Mr. Nauhwar, to have him contact me with an update. After going off about how horrible their business practices are, I hung up. During my call with the other Rose International represent [BBB Scam Type: Employment] [Business: Rose International IMPOSTER Date Re] [
