I received a postcard addressed to me saying "This notice is regarding your current mortgage" and wanted me to call 844-543-9870 "about an important matter regarding this loan." The date given for when the mortgage was recorded has no meaning to me. There was no business name or address. The postmark was from Dayton Beach, Florida with permit #457. The back side of the postcard was blank. It also stated the information was "provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC," with the phone number 877-899-1809. A blue postcard with my name, bank I received a mortgage through, my address and supposed mortgage ID came in the mail. It claimed "Important Notice: Response Needed" on the top and "time sensitive" in the body and to call the number the number 844-543-9870.
