The scammer was robocalling victims leading them to believe they had a warrant out for missing jury duty. I gained access to the voicemail and called anyone who left a message to let them know it was a scam. I then deleted all the messages and changed the voicemail greeting. Enjoy! I recently moved into an apartment to find it has a Brown Recluse spider problem. I want to break the lease. What can I do? The next day we had caught one in our unit. We are no longer comfortable living there and have been staying with her parents since. We are in Nebraska. We immediately told management and they just dismissed it saying we were being paranoid and they would have exterminators come in 2-3 weeks. Is there anything I can do to terminate the lease with minimal repercussions?
