Is it a scam? I created a text now number a few years ago to sign up for deals on websites so I don’t give my real number. That account has zero info on who I am. Fake name fake everything…except my email. This morning I got a call on text now from +1 (470) 244-1233 asking to speak with me and gave a different number to call back on. A few hours later he called my mom’s phone looking for me saying it was about a “civil suit” and wanted contact information for me. She told him she wasn’t associated to me Any longer. Right after that he called my real number but left no voicemail. I can’t find anything about this and the numbers don’t come back to a company. Could this be legit?
