A Friendly Warning to H1Z1/Daybreak Players re Potential Fraudulent Charges On July 20th, 2015 I discovered a fraudulent charge of $60 made to one of my financial institutions. The charge appeared as: “POS Debit Sony Entert 800 345 7669 CA”. Some brief research turned up multiple other people who have also experienced this fraudulent activity and reported it, tried to resolve it with Sony, etc. (http://www.falsecharge.com/playstation-sonyente-800-345-7669-ca/). My family does not do business with SCEA (where the fraudulent charge was made) so resolving the issue by canceling my card, reversing the charge, and reporting it to my financial institution was simple. I decided then to post a friendly warning to the H1Z1/Daybreak subreddit. I suspect that the recent hacks/attacks of H1Z1/Daybreak was the source of the theft due to my card remaining in my possession and the small list of companies I do business with that card have not been compromised. That warning post to the H1Z1/Daybreak subreddit was promptly removed by moderator HaniiBlu (within three hours after posting!). The reason HaniiBlu removed the warning post was simple, though nonsensical: The thief used my information to purchase an SCEA product/service and not a Daybreak one; thereby rendering the topic as a non-Daybreak issue in violation of rule 1. In other words, because the thief stole my info from Petsmart and bought a Walmart item, it is not a concern to Petsmart shoppers is HaniiBlu’s reasoning. Though HaniiBlu unintentionally confirmed that it was a fraudulent experience, he/she was extremely disparaging in tone as a seeming attempt to discredit my warning (possibly to justify removing the post so no one could read it). I argued against its removal, expressed my upset at the attitude I received for trying to be kind to my peers, and suspected an intentional silencing of the issue. Why else would someone I have never talked to before suddenly reply with devaluing aggression and disparagement, near
