The funny part is when I received the first call, I 100% thought it was Comcast, but then I remembered I got rid of my Comcast service over 4 months ago. So, I called back anyways, and sure enough, although they sound like real people from Comcast, they soon ask for your bank account and so on. Comcast wouldn't have anything to do with your bank account or even be calling to see how your service is unless you sent ina request or something. Feel free to have fun with them. Oh, and that "4th in line que".. I've gotten that everytime I've called back. Have fun!
