$4.5 Million Phone Scam: 876-492-7293 (Kingston, Jamaica) Guess what? I just got a call from James Armonstrong [sic] with the "Multi-State Million Dollar Winners International Company," and I'm a Grand Prize Winner! Mr. "Armonstrong" happily informed me that I had won $4.5 million and a 2012 Convertible Mercedes Benz, thanks to Mister Donald Trump, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and a couple of other companies (whose stores sell cash cards). He said he was calling from a city near me and gave a street there (in an apartment complex) as his company's address, even though his number, **876-492-7293**, traced to a phone in Kingston, Jamaica. He told me that if I was serious about accepting the prizes, I should go to Walmart or CVS to pay the "IRS FTC government registration fee" of about $400 dollars. I would pay the "fee" by putting the money on a "Money Pack Reloaded Scratch Card" and then I'd call him back when it was done. Then, he said, "You will appoint us where to meet you with your winnings." Not *once* had he even asked for my name. I had been online clicking and taking notes the whole time, so by the time we reached this point in his spiel, I'd gotten all the information I needed. Finally he asked if I could go pay the fee immediately. I replied, "Oh, I can get there in just a few minutes. *And*, according to my contact at the [Constant Spring Police Station](https://plus.google.com/107962161515045717404) [the precinct in Kingston nearest my caller], they've finished tracing this call and can get to *your* location even *quicker*, so we can resolve *this whole thing* in just a few minutes..." ***Click***. "So," I said into the dead phone, "Does this mean I don't get the convertible?"
