The next morning I woke up to an email from Insured Delivery Express (IDE)(https://insureddeliveryexpress.com/) stating it was URGENT that I submit $355.93 to insure the birds for shipping. The birds weresupposedly being shipped by Steph's Rainbow Egg Boutique, 411 W Commercial St Lebanon, MO 65536, 3148048519. This is theaddress of Cackle Hatchery, whom I called and they had no knowledge of this person or transaction. Right after I asked for a refundand questioned the insurance fee, she moved from Lebanon, MO to Victoria, AU and denied my request for a refund, [email protected] . Insured Deliver Express said the insurance would be refunded. They keep hounding me,as well as the seller, to pay the fee. When I went to the Facebook page to notify admins, they also wanted me to pay it, saying ifthere was a problem, the main admin at Backyard Chicken Company, Vietnamese I believe, told me he would pay if I did not getthe refund. The address on the IDE website is 5507 S 3rd St, Louisville, KY 40214, which is the address for Viet Bay Cargo(ww.vietbaycargo.com). The other admin at Tiny Oak Haven said I should do the same. These two are no longer admins of thispage (https://www.facebook.com/groups/774534715235515) and this page, within a week has changed admins numerous times, soI think that whole page is a scam and FB, though I have reported it repeatedly, won't do anything about it.
