Went on google for SouthWest phone #. Google listed the scammers # 800 578 1250. Said they were SW, asked for boarding #.They cancelled my flight 409. was put into SW flt. credit-said it could not be returned."I will make another one for you at $200. plus need DOB. Yelled "you were scammed several times. Credit card not helping. SW kept saying that I cancelled. I did investigation & found that others were also scammed with that number (look under Reddit and Facebook. Others had the same experience. One was told to pay $967.00.
