And you need to tell that you got a pop up saying you got a virus and tell what is in the pop up or what kind of virus is it. Either way he will hang up Unfortunately i got the answer wrong and idk what is the correct one. But i think it is that Zeus virus and about deleting password and credit card details stuff but idk
