I was notified by US Bank that I opened a savings account which I did not. They were trying to verify information such as email address and I filed a report of fraud with them after which they closed the savings account that someone opened in my name. Today I received an email that done tried again to open a savings account at US Bank in my name. The email directed me to call 866-268-7231 if I didn’t apply for an account with US Bank so once again I’m going to call them to report another scam.
