I saw Forcecore's advertisement for "Swift Lift" (a single-person electric over-hydraulic lift) on Facebook. I thought about it for a couple of days and wondered if it could be a scam. But thought that my credit card company would have my back if it turned out to be a scam. I called 1-866-580-2998 and spoke to an Asian lady with really good English. I place the order. I received an email confirmation. I kept an eye on tracking every day. The day it was to be delivered, I was waiting at home for it. It never arrived, as Track17 indicated. I called JoAnn G. at ( [email protected] ) 1-866-580-2998, but the number was disconnected. Tried for two days to contact ( [email protected] ) by email and received no reply. Two days after the product was supposed to arrive, I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. I sent Discover Card all the information I had on Forcecore. To make the "dispute" story short, I lost the dispute! The Discover Card dispute supervisor told me that this business, "Forcecore," provided a tracking number that says it was delivered to my address. I argued that I had not received anything, that the customer support number was disconnected, that the website was no longer accessible online, and that no one from Forcecore ( [email protected] ) had responded to my emails. Discover Card Dispute Supervisor said, "Sorry, we can't do anything to help, because Forcecore provided a tracking number that said it was delivered!
