Wondering if this is a ligament company that is stating they conducted a careful review of the contents of the files of an incident on or around August 14, 2025 that involved my information which stated was my first & last name, address, email address, SSN, & date of birth. Then gave me information to enroll in Epiq Privacy Solutions with an activation code to complete the enrollment form. Their phone number is 866-675-2006. Received notice dated 12/31/25 in mail stating that files with my name, address & SS# were compromised between 10/2024 and 1/2025. Letter offered privacy protection services via “Epiq Privacy Solutions” 866.675.2006 with an account activation code on website www.privacysolutionsid.com. Services include credit monitoring with alerts, identity restoration, and dark web monitoring. Additional questions directed to Attn: Data Incident, 100 Campus Drive, Suite 200, Florian Park, NJ 07932.
