Targeted by a caller named 'Morgan' (972-708-1970) claiming to be from 'Merchant Service Corporate Office' and a 'Square Partner.' The caller used a predatory 'slamming' tactic, claiming our business (***** ***** ***) was being illegally overbilled by Square and that she could see our account and had the authority to 'make changes' to our rates. When I pointed out that Square uses a transparent flat-rate model and questioned her affiliation, the caller became extremely hostile. She told us to 'just keep overpaying' and then used a verbal slur (the R-word) before hanging up. Her voicemail confirms the business name 'Merchant Service.' This is a deceptive attempt to impersonate a financial service provider and trick merchants into switching processors through harassment and misinformation." @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:aut [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Merchant Services] [Location: KS, USA- 66612]
