This scammer used a social media pop up ad. With video of a person explaining about the oxygen concentrator device, then numerous comments from other satisfied buyers. Best price out there for just $499 a unit. This oxygen concentrator device arrived in the box with no packing slip, to verify the buyers name, address, nor proof of credit card purchase. Upon inspecting this device there was no visible make or model number, just provided pamphlet information in Chinese, no English. There was an email was sent telling the customer that their product would arrive soon. Only a name: Martina Elise. Though provided in the email address was for customer service: support @ theoxygenconcentrator.com. Tracking # id:4PX3002495300990CN. The contact # 1 (409) 7 100 100. I tried to call this number twice, both times only got a busy signal. By contacting the name of the business which was actually listed as "Brand Pro LLC", on the credit card statement, and contact #. So called this number a man answered. Immediately asking who and why I was calling, acting cagey, not saying the name of the business. I asked if this was the number for the "Brand Pro LLC" business, silence, no response. Asked if the business address could be provided, silence, then this individual told me that "He was the only sole person to talk with if any questions, not once verifying this company/business sold the "oxygen concentrator machine". I politely said thank you and ended the call. The individual didn't call back my cell number. Though I blocked this number on my cell phone. A second box arrived with the same sender address, on the shipping label. No packing slip, instructions in Chinese. Same exact device with no make or model number. .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;mi [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Brand Bro LLC] [Location: NC, USA- 28792]
