Pokemon X & Y Pre-Order Scam on Ebay AVOID!! - Links Inside. Fellow redditors and Pokemon community if you're thinking of pre-ordering Pokemon X and Y DO NOT buy from any seller on Ebay as of right now. For safety measures go to Walmart or Gamestop to pre-order. Why? I'll be listing reasons and provide links to the scammer. All of this information I received is from the seller that has access to wholesale himself. ----- **Reasons:** 1) Nintendo provides a list of of their sellers who are all LARGE RETAILERS. 2) Nintendo DOES NOT do wholesales especially to small sellers so that they can control the prices of their product. 3) GameStop sells the games for $40 and put a limit of 4 games per person so "mostsacredtreasures" certainly doesn't have the supply of games that he has sold. 4) Another thing about wholesale is you get 35% off market value. That would mean if he did somehow find a way to buy the games he bought them for $27 each. Selling them at $35 with free shipping takes $4 off for fees, 2.58 for shipping, and an additional $2 for Paypal fees.
