recorded call saying this is Liliana Castillo with the special resolution unit. Um, I'm reaching out about a tax matter before your file moves into final collections. Uh, please give me a call back when you can. My direct line is 855-768-8331. If you call that number you get a female of Indian (India) accent who tells you that you have an outstanding tax debt of $15,000 (in my case) and that she is willing to take payments over the phone. At that point I told her she was a scammer and that I was reporting her and I hung up. This call comes in from several different numbers up to 8 times a day. Numbers used are: 857-477-2182, 725-888-2839, 804-961-1934, 414-437-3408 [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Special Resolution Tax Center Date R] [Location: WV, USA- 25314]
