Ordered some thing from a company called Brooks and Cedar, which portrayed on their Facebook ad that it was a spatula used by one of my Contant creator that I follow. They took her photo when I click the link thinking it was the stuff that she had linked because it says in the video that the link is below. The Contant creator whose name they took was called Mississippi KWEEN. Place the order and found out that they were scamming place. I immediately called and canceled the order for which they refunded my credit card. That was in December. Now this is the middle of February and they tried placing another charge to my credit card for $14.99. I’m tired of trying to get rid of these people who keep trying to charge my credit card and getting the new credit card number. This is fraud and somebody needs to link this. When you try calling the phone number to talk to Brooks in Cedar Key get some kind of customer service people who don’t even know anything about the company. The phone number I had to call was (830)268-9832. The customer service department knows nothing about what’s going on and said the card was declined. I asked to remove my name and information from the company and they apparently don’t know how to do this avoid this company at any cost.
