Public Beach Swim does not have a physical address on their website. They appear to sell from or to both USA and Canada. Their return policy states that one should contact " [email protected] " to initiate a refund, but when you do so there is no response. Here is what happens when you attempt to contact them as per their own instructions: 1) That e-mail account never ever responds to any e-mail. 2) Ok, so then if you call the customer service number on their website (1-877-381-5941) they will tell you to send an e-mail to a DIFFERENT e-mail that is not listed on their website. They ask you to e-mail [email protected] . That's already a red flag--that e-mail is nowhere on their website. 3) Even that new e-mail [email protected] never responds to any inquiries. 4) Every single time you call their customer service line at 1-877-381-5941 they will say "oh, we already spoke to someone it's been taken care of". But key--they will never ever respond to any e-mail whatsoever. They at worst have incredibly inept and dishonest customer service practices and are operating under a bait and switch (who is projeckraw and what do they have to do with publicbeachswim and why isn't that discolsed in their return policy?). At worst it is clearly a scam, stating innacurate information and with no intention whatsoever to refund or even engage with customers.
