I was on Facebook, March 10, 2026, and saw Forever Stamps advertising discounted postage stamps. The prices were great so I purchased $42.90 for stamps plus $2.15 tax totaling $45.05. I paid through PayPal and the transaction was debited from my account on March 12,2026. I received an email confirmation,Order # M22026031133302408, from USPS Stamps stating my order for 200 Flower Collection stamps was being prepared for shipment. This address was 2455 Helena St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, United States. On March 11, 2026 The order was shipped & confirmed by an email from USPS Stamps. Also on March 11, 2026 the USPS Expected Delivery email stated the package would be delivered on Monday, March 16, 2026. Everything seemed legitimate until March 15, 2026, when I received a USPS Informed Delivery Notice stating “ This package was shipped with counterfeit postage. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions.” On March 15, 2026 I’ve sent a email , via the notice I received from USPS Stamps, to the seller but have not heard back. So many red flags were raised now that I’ve taken the time to look closely to all the information I’ve received.. Different Company names, different addresses, etc. “ If it sounds too good to be true, It definitely is too good to be true.” [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Forever Stamps Rongwei Trading Co LTD] [Location: PA, USA- 19320]
