I received a call from Amazon and it was a voice message indicating that there was a purchase of $1099 made to my account and if I didn't make that purchase to press 1 to speak to customer service representative. I called the number 231-448-7745 and a gentleman by the name of Marcus, ID# AMZ120047 and he stated that there was a pending purchase of $1099 and my account was flagged. The shipping address was 49 Arcadia Court, Albany, NY 12205. He went on to suggest that my identity was compromised and that it was possible if I was out shopping. I asked how this purchase was paid for and he told me from my bank, credit card, last 4 number just so happens to be the last 4 digits of his phone number. I asked how this would be possible because I don't save my card information within an app, and I don't give out my bank information to anyone.
