Person named Leonard called saying they were from AT&T promotions. Told me i qualified for a free iPad only pay tax and my bill would be 50% cheaper for 36 months.110.00 a month for 36 months with 1year free WiFi service . He guided me thru Att website online and had me order it . I had to enter my credit card info to recieve the tablet he said enter the info but it won’t be charged . They would just bill me the taxes. My card got charged 139.00!! Also the order got flagged due to I.d issues and the order for the tablet was put on hold by att. .. Leonard said to call him on Monday and he could handle my order and assured me I’d recieve the tablet iPad and discounts then. I called ATT AND THEY SAID IT WAS A SCAM!!! They cancelled the order for me !!! They said this is a common scam going around. So I’m calling to report Leonard 3129604734 and that’s his phone number !! Also during my conversation with Leonard I was transferred to 3 different people supposedly AT&T reps .Leonard told me he was the supervisor and to call him Monday basically so he could complete the order!! Scam me !!!
