Hi, I wanted to report that the company Confirmora appears to be a scam. I completed their learning modules and took and passed the required tests during the hiring process. However, I never completed a W-2 with them and they do not have my Social Security number or any HIPAA-related personal information—only my name, phone number, and address. After completing the training and tests, they sent me test cases. When the process reached the point where they asked me to download software onto my computer, I refused. Immediately after that, my account was locked and I lost access. I called the number they provided (504-414-9619), and an AI system answered, instructing me to contact [ [email protected] ](mailto: [email protected] ) via email to have my account fixed. The supposed manager and assigned supervisor I was given was someone named Nikole, but at this point I believe the entire process was fraudulent.
