This was an online auto auction. I researched the business, owner, properties associated with the business, etc. And it all matched. The LLC has been open and operating since 2002, according to the county website. We searched the BBB Scam website, no results came back. The company sent us the VIN to the vehicle, it matched the Car Fax. We sent the wire, the company was in full communication with us, even after the wire was sent and received. They told us on Sunday that our vehicle had shipped and would take 3-5 days to arrive. We have been trying for 2 days now to communicate with them and they will not returns any of our calls or emails. Today, the phone number and email addresses that were previously used have been disconnected or changed.
