On January 30, 2026, I went to the store Chantal‘s Fashion located on the 3rd floor behind the escalator in La Gran Plaza in Fort Worth, Texas 76115. I paid a total of $304.00 for a prom dress called LA Divine, style #CB167, size 00 (custom size), color champagne. The lady in the store said the dress would be available in March 5, 2026 and it would be delivered to my house. The receipt shows I paid in full. As of today, 3/16/26 no dress has been delivered. I went to Chantal‘s fashion on Friday, March 13, 2026 and was told that the owner sold the store in the beginning of February 2026 and the new owner did not have any information about the previous orders. The lady of the new store which is called Ceci’s said the owners name of Chantal‘s fashion is Sandra P. I called Sandra and spoke to her on March 13, 2026 who stated that she called the wholesaler where the dress is and was told it would be shipped out and would provide me the tracking number on Monday, March 16. Today Monday, March 16, 2026 around 10AM, I have called and left a text message to Sandra no answer. Around noon Sandra texted back said dress was shipped but did not provide tracking number. It is about 4pm on March 16, I have not received the tracking number. I believe I have been scammed since I still don't have a tracking number. Chantal’s Fashion 682-364-9131. Sandra P.
