I need to ask before I submit this to Go Pro, any help would be awesome Okay the story: I was filming with my GoPro when it fell off my car (was on the windshield and got knocked off by wipers stupidity on my part). Thats not the part that bothers me, I was traveling at about 45-55 mph on the highway when it fell off, and EXPLODED when it hit the ground, THREW the camera causing major scratches all over the camera itself and on the lens. These cameras are used on jet fighters, let alone the fact that i was using the motorsports edition (suction cup mount). The fact that it came out of the housing is what bothers me, if it were in the housing still and unscathed then no big deal, and i have no problem with the scratches on the gopro itself its just the scratches on the lens impair the visual quality quite a bit. Anyway i got in contact with GoPro and they're trying to tell me that they won't replace the GoPro or fix the lens because of user related fault (which i admitted to). These things are supposed to be durable and hold up when they fall off of formula 1 cars (which they do). After a few e-mails, they are requesting proof, which i have. But I want to know if I'm right, hopefully... If the camera is going to come out of the "protective" housing at 50mph from a 3 foot drop, as opposed to a race car at 100+ mph then i think that is false advertising because they are supposed to be extremely durable. Here's my evidence: [video of me securing camera housing, and the quality of it after the fact](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0ZTy5AO-WU&feature=plcp) [Photo's](http://imgur.com/a/AuZhX) [E-mails so far](http://imgur.com/a/gPikD) I have not submitted any evidence to them, but i also have a picture of me checking the device from inside the car and i dont know if i should include that or not. **Edit: This is what i sent them (more evidence):** **Sorry it took so long, i just got out of work...
