My garage door was broken and needed fixing. I called for the technician to come out and fix my door and when he arrive. He asked for 1600 to change out the spring….2 door spring claiming it cost him 900 to buy it. He started taking my door apart and then started saying that my pulley is broken. And without me agreeing to it, he started disassembling it. I had no choice but to pay him to put new parts in because otherwise the door would not close at all. He overcharged the whole thing. I had another person came to gave me a quote afterwards, and it should have been 500. He was overly aggressive and insisted on me sending money over now in Zelle. He gave me an invoice not with no real company title. And basically a fake documenting presenting he fixed my door.
