I received an order receipt from MY STORE for Norton All Round Protection Plan through the Shop App. I was given an order number. In the shipping address information it says....Dear Customer Order Process Complete, 3435 - If Order Not Place By You - Call us +1(805)951-8691. I check my method of payment for the shop app and do not see an payment authorization and I checked my email for the receipt, nothing. I googled the number and found previous report to the BBB like what I have experienced. This is a SCAM! [BBB Scam Type: Tech Support] [Business: My Store] [Location: KY, USA- 42101]

Under ShopApp orders, it shows an order #1865 for “ NORTON All round protection plan” that I did not order with a cost of $429.99. It says this further down the order: Shipping address Dear Customer Order Process Complete, 3813 - If Order Not Place By You - Call us' 951-8691 Rockville Maryland 20847 United States +1(805) 951-8691 +1(805) Billing address Same as shipping address Email address (My real email) Invo Mart Ma Notice there are 2 separate email addresses.
