The business website did not include any address, so I put what I could to get through that page. Just go to their website ans see for yourself. I needed someone to come to my house and give me an estimate to replace the two springs on my garage door. Somebody named "Joshua" showed up driving his personal vehicle. He looked at the job and gave me a price of $650.00, which seemed high to me. I asked if he would accept $600.00 and he agreed if I paid cash (he insisted). I got an email address of their site and explained the situation to them and the email came back as "undeliverable". The installer had given me a generic looking business card with no name on it and a phone # 425-565-0024. That number was no good (would not connect). To summarize, I needed garage door springs replaced, the person who was [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Garage Door Service Guys] [Location: WA, USA- 98580]
