I looked for flights online for a trip to Orlando Florida for my family. I went on to priceline.com and found a flight through cheapflightservices.com. I was to be booked with a flight through AA airlines for late December to take trip with my family. When I called the number for Cheap Flights 1-844-408-0449 to check on my reservation they answered but told to call back that the agent I talked to would give me a call. No one called the next day so I called them only to get a message to say they are not able to answer the phone. I emailed the company and no response. I also contacted AA airlines and they have no record of my flight being booked. Now, I am out of money and no flight reservation to go my trip with my family. On Sept. 26th I booked an air ticket for my sister and myself from Boston to Philadelphia RT leaving Nov. 27 and returning Nov. 28 for myself and leaving Nov. 27 and returning Nov. 29 for my sister. I was told to reply to the email they sent me with the words, "I confirm." I immediately did that. I never heard back. On the day before Thanksgiving I called Cheap Flight Service and they said the flight had been cancelled. I then called AA and they said the flight was not cancelled but when I told them what was in the email from Cheapflightservice they said the flight time was off by a few minutes and that the fact that there was no arrival time given were red flags. I had to book new tickets directly on American Airlines which as they booked last minute were very expensive. I was told by Cheapflightservice that we were refunded on Nov. 26th but that it would take up to two weeks to show up in my bank account. It is now more than two weeks. When I called today they said I was refunded on Dec. 5th and that it could take up to a month to get the refund. When I called them again and threatened them they said I would get the refund within 72 hours. When I asked for their website they said cheapflightservice.com I looked it up but it doesn't exist. I am sure we have been scammed. I can't afford to loose the $258 that I paid for these supposed two tickets. Please help me. I used two numbers to contact cheap flight service: 844-408-0449 and 855-704-4480. When they pick up they never say this is cheap flight service. They just say their first name.
