I found this website through a pop-up on Kayak flights for cheap flights, the pop-up said something like "compare other flight deals" with three links, I clicked on one of them. That website quoted a price that was over a hundred dollars cheaper than the ticket I was looking at on Kayak. The only way to follow up was to call the number 844-834-0044. The person on the phone had a different person call us back from 520-635-4020. She claimed her name was Cynthia Wilson, I think that was fake. They wanted me to pay first saying that the ticket will come by email in about a month. I asked for a PNR number that I can confirm with the airline and she tried to dodge the question and ultimately said they wouldn't have it until a month later. I told her that I see "Merchant ID Air Reservation 8449547447", the name that the charge would supposedly show up as, on the BBB Scam Tracker and she tried to claim that other parties run through the same merchant that is on the BBB website. She said the company's name was cheap flight service and their website is cheapflightservice.com, but that website is barely set up, it doesn't even have contact information. When I told her this she kept dodging the question, repeating things, and pretending not to hear. Attached is an email they sent us (with our personal information redacted).
