I purchased a neuro cover sauna for $314.10. It had a sale plus a 20% coupon. I received a shipping label notification from FedEx on 3/5/29 at 9:30 pm. To this date, FedEx has not received the package. I found a personal number for the shipper on the FedEx website. Mr. Han, Ontario, CA. Phne number 909-716-6056. It was on the FedEx notification. The website says the purchase will be delivered in the US within 3-5 business days. I was told to expect delivery 3/9/26. FedEx is telling me they still have not received the package. Also, I contacted them and said to quit printing labels for this scammed. FedEx takes zero responsibility. I have called the number provided 3 times and the person answering deny being Mr. Han. And I know that is not true. When I contacted FedEx, they finally did admit they have many complaints regarding this account. They do have his full name, number, and adress. I am disgusted with E- commerce and if these scum bags are allowed to continue to bilck people out of millions of dollars, well, im not sure what I will do. But, I will do something. If it matters at all, I spent my last $300. On this at home sauna because my cancer Dr. Suggested I get one. I want Mr. Hands found, I want him shut down, I did tell FedEx that his practices only makes FedEx bad but I seriously doubt it will change a thing. My next option will be to design a website for all of the complaints actually made that are not dealt with. So, that being in mind, I will be waiting to hear from this office. I am not done, trust me on that. It is not ok for slimey people, too lazy to get a real job, so they steal from people who work hard. I found his actual adress but since have lost it. So, because I did find it, I confident you can also. Thank you for your time and consideration regarding not just my problem but, every person online ever. ***** *** **** *** *** *** ******* ***** [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Neurocover] [Location: OR, USA- 97741]
