US BANK FRAUD INVESTIGATION BUNGLED UP WORTH $50000 MY INITIAL COMPLAINT: I am the victim of identity theft. My entire life savings was stolen from me at 2 banks: US Bank & Bank of America. Now the bank has closed my accounts & I'm unsure about whether I will get my money back. Please advise! PUBLIC RESPONSE FROM US BANK: Hello, I am sorry to hear you've been the victim of identity theft. For immediate assistance, I recommend that call our Fraud Liaison Center at 877-595-6256. Take care and stay safe. ^hj MY RESPONSE: Funny that you responded here ... I just got off the phone with a fraud liason representative who told me that there has been NO MOTION regarding my claims. NOTHING has been done in terms of settling my claims AND I was fired as a client And had my bank accounts CLOSED by the branch manager at the Broadway and Prudence location in Tucson, AZ.. GRRR! On that day, I worked with the branch manager to open a new account that was supposed to be a holding account for all my provisional credit that was going to be applied to my account. Well the following Monday when I had already come back to Corpus Christi Texas. PUBLICRESPONSE FROM US BANK: I understand the frustration you're feeling.
